Prices: The prices which appear on the page include IVA (value added tax) and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. The prices are expressed in Spanish pesetas.

We serve in 24-48 hours to the U.S. and the European Union. This reliable and fast service is possible due to FEDEX. We send the cheeses in an isolated box. We guarantee you that the cheeses are fresh when given to the carrier, and that the cheeses will arrive in perfect conditions if the box is not damaged. If this occurred in order to claim your order you must (1) note it in the FEDEX receipt and (2) let us know in the following 12 hours by fax to the following number +34 91 561 29 77. If you follow the the steps (1) and (2) we will be able to decide either to reimbourse you or send the cheese again at our expense.

Due to the perishable nature of our main selling product, cheese, we generally will not admit returns. In the case that the box arrives damaged, don’t forget to note this on the delivery note from the transportation agent and contact us on the following telephone number: +34 91 473 91 84. If the merchandise arrives in bad conditions, also contact us at the same telephone number +34 91 473 91 84.

The registration of your information is for the exclusive use of Quesos.com. You can be registered to receive our latest news or when you purchase some product or service where it will be necessary. Quesos.com ensures that all the information about our clients is covered by the Privacy Compromise, according to the principles of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Information (LOTDAT). The current General Conditions are subject to and ruled by the laws of Spain. For the resolution of any controversy the courts and tribunals of the hometown of the client will have jurisdiction, if the client is a resident of one of the member States of the European Union. Otherwise, the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid will have jurisdiction.
